I need to know if the Yugo milled and stamped RPK's had the same barrel. In particular the diameter where they press into the trunion\receiver. Thanks!

They are the same barrels used in Stamped and Milled.

I believe they are the same with one caveat. The early M64 RPK (milled) have threaded barrels and the later M70 RPK (milled) have pressed and pinned barrels like the M72 RPK (stamped).
