WTS: Pile of Valmet M-76 Scrap. Trunion, Gas Piston, Etc.

Post by 762AP » Sat May 03, 2014 9:17 pm

Ad was originally looking to trade for a set of M-78 wood HGs, I edited it to a WTS ad for the parts listed below.

Assorted parts that were salvaged from a California de-mil.
Front trunnion missing the left hand ear, other damage.
Like new 76 gas piston and pin, 2 pieces of receiver stub, nice markings and SN on them, bolt carrier front end, barrel stub, 2 front pieces from 5.56 bolts and a really trashed top cover.
Selling all for $65 shipped, or trade for a decent Valmet 62 mag.
Someone might have a use for the trunnion, and the gas piston is excellent.

More info and pics of trunnion.
Feedramp installed. This was from a rifle that was demilled in a shear press in Kommifornia. Might be useable with some heat and welding.

Thanks for looking.

Sarco had some last year. Worth a try.

Yeah, they list them, probably the only source, as well, but after the shenanigans they've pulled over the years, I won't deal with them.

Sarco is sold out.
Bought a nice set from them last year, to put on my M71.
Very Nice Improvement.

Hmm, without pics of the 71, I'm not buying it.

Really, I'd like to see a pic if you get a chance.
Thanks.

That is too cool.
Looks like a baby MP-44 with the 40 rounder.
