Post by 1981fj40 » Fri Jul 01, 2011 4:21 pm

I just became a owner of my first Galil ARM ,importer Auction Arms,i've been trying to find information on it, It does not say Galil on it anywhere and the serial #MRO76xx is vertical behind the handgard unlike the other 332 i've seen that were horizontal, just curious any information appreciated. thanks

Pretty rare Galil!!!
Magnum Research (#MR076XX)/original importer "transition" rifle to Action Arms (AAL20XXXX)/second importer. :D
All markings are proper.

Thank you for the information i was just trying to make sure it wasn't a parts gun. that is strange that it has the MR Serial # and then it was imported by Action Arm,i wonder how that happened?

from what i have heard , this is a california legal galil. The galil name was on the ban list , so with no galil it could be bought and sold in CA.

I have the same exact rifle also. It is a transistion rifle between importers.
Although people have claimed it is rare, I think the real MR 332's with the pre-features (non-paded stock, M-16 FH, all MR markings) are more difficult to find.
