i really cant tell from the pic, esp since the selector is down in position covering the sear pin if it was there. it is still a semi auto , just has a third pin, no actual fire control parts, but is still a no-no. they use to weld them up in finland before they made the rifle, my 62 has the dark spot on thereceiver where it used to be before finland made it semiauto. look at the selector too, they probably cut the tail end off it to prevent full auto if other parts were installed. ask the guy for close up pics wit the selector in safe position. everything looks ok, though i think the price is about 500 too much for a 62 wood stock even if NIB. a 76 wood however- no problem fetching that
