M 78 rear sight needed

M 78 rear sight needed

This is my first time on the forum. My father passed away and left me a M78 but it has no rear sight. . I haven't a hell of alot of time to search. . any ideas? much appreciated.

It is possible a member of the forum might have one.

Samppa V, in Finland, is the first person I would contact.

If an immediate solution is needed I would buy a saiga top cover with HK sights mounted on it from Tony, AGG.

I may have one with the gas tube. Just have to find it, which could take a few days.

long mountainoutfiters had a couple of valmet m-78 parts guns a yerar or so ago I bought one for 1500 to get a rear sight as mine was damaged sold most othe parts here on sight. good luck it took me five years of loking to find a rear sight .
