Don't know as you're in Finland but prob a few hundred $ here in the US as no 62s were imported as factory folders.

To my knowledge only about 20-40 of the milled folders came into the US and I believe they were all imported by Valmet Inc in the late 80s. Extremely rare and expensive when found!

Thanks for the link...I've been watching that gun and it's too low on condition for me, however $7500 is a good price IMO for one of these original 1962 HKs.

WTK: Date of mfg. for M.A.R.S. CETME

Hi- recently acquired a like new pre-ban M.A.R.S. CETME and while I know that these were imported during the 1960s I'd like to try and narrow down the year of mfg if possible. It's a wood-stocked version (non metal forearm), #S-0251X. Any information is much appreciated!

I'm familiar with the 3/62 G3s...even if I had that kind of cash I don't think I'd spend it one one of those. For those #'s I'd have to be able to drive it or live in it!

WTK: Anyone here own a 1962 HK G3?

Anyone here have one of the orig. HK G3 1962 Santa Fe imports? I'm passively looking for one to add to my collection. I'm aware that there has been one on GB for a while but the condition isn't good enough for the money IMO.

I believe that the wood-stocked 76s in 7.62x39 are probably as rare as the folders but are not as desireable to a collector. I've only ever seen a small handful of 76s in 7.62x39 change hands in the past few years.

Transferable M76 Valmet on sturm...18.5k??!!

Transferable M76 Valmet (Fixed wood) in .223 on sturm. PAWS conversion w/1 mag...seller wants $18500 for it...sounds to me like it is $10k too high. Can't say exactly what Class III Valmets are bringing these days but as of now any MG that isn't a C&R gun or a belt-fed doesn't seem to be bringing mu...
